At Home with Me

This is where I will share with you a little glimpse of my world
and where I spend most of my time.
No this is NOT me!!! I'm there at the top:)

This is our new baby girl ...... Her name is Pearl.
As most of you know we lost our precious Belle last fall and it left us heart broken. After a few weeks we found our little Pearl.
Although she could never replace Belle, she has filled the void and added so much love back into our home and family. She has a personality of her own and knows that SHE is now Princess of the House.....:)
Come on over.....I'll meet you on the PORCH.....!!!

And HURRY before it melts.....!!!!!
I LOVE the Lazy days of ...... Summer......:)
Picinics...... Cooking Out ....... Making Ice Cream...... Long walks...
And most of all, I LOVE spending time out on my Porch....!!!!

I can't bring myself to take these picutes of Belle off of my site.
I still remember the day I took these pictures.
This is where she would stay during the day as I worked from my computer.

Some gals just have it made:) What a funny girl...!!!
Doesn't she know that her HEAD goes on the pillow !!!
This is my Belle, " My Desperate Dachshund "

Wish that pillow was big enough for us both......:)
Sadly, our precious little BELLE was struck and killed by a car on Thanksgiving Eve while we were out in the yard putting up Christmas lights. She will be in our hearts FOREVER. I loved her so very much and miss her terribly. Our hearts were broken that night and we will remember her ALWAYS.... We miss you, Belle....:(
Here are some of our holiday decorations that we finally got put out. Seasons come and go and we never know one to the next how our life can change. Hold tight to those you LOVE and cherish every moment....

When I'm not at my computer working, this is where you are most likely to find me. "Out on my Porch"! It's where I go to "de-stress" !!! Is that a real word:)

And of course lemonade, cupcakes and strawberries always helps chase the stress away.
And a coffee break always helps. I feel one calling me right NOW:)
